CarCarez Cleaning Kit Usage Steps
Step 1: Prepare the Foaming Soap
Option 1: Using a Bucket
Fill a clean bucket with water.
Add 1 - 2 ounces of CarCarez Foaming Soap - SiO₂ Series to the water. For ceramic - coated vehicles, this soap is specifically engineered for effective cleaning.
Stir the solution gently to create a rich foam.
Option 2: Using a Foam Cannon
Fill the foam cannon container with water according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Add 1 - 2 ounces of the foaming soap to the foam cannon.
Attach the foam cannon to your pressure washer and adjust the settings as needed.
Step 2: Wash the Vehicle with Foaming Soap
Washing the Body
If using a bucket, dip a microfiber wash mitt into the soapy solution, wring it out slightly, and start washing the vehicle from the top down. Make sure to cover all areas evenly with the foam.
If using a foam cannon, spray the rich foam onto the vehicle's body, starting from the roof and working your way down. The foam helps to lift dirt, oil, grease, and oxides effectively.
Use a clean section of the wash mitt or a new mitt for each panel to avoid re - depositing dirt.
Washing the Wheels
Before cleaning the wheels, make sure not to use the Aluminum Brightener on polished aluminum or anodized wheels.
For each wheel, apply the soapy foam from the bucket or foam cannon. Let it sit for a short while to loosen up dirt and grime.
Use a spoke wheel brush to detail the wheel, working the brush into the spokes and around the lug nuts. Let the soap sit for no more than 30 seconds on the wheels before rinsing.
Step 3: Rinse the Vehicle
Use a high - pressure hose or a bucket of clean water to rinse off all the soapy foam from the vehicle's body and wheels. Make sure to rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residues.
Step 4: Apply the Aluminum Brightener (For Applicable Wheels)
Application
On clean and dry wheels (after rinsing the soapy foam), apply the Aluminum Brightener. You can use a spray bottle to apply it evenly on the wheel surface.
Let it sit for exactly 30 seconds. Do not let it dry on the surface.
Rinsing
After 30 seconds, rinse the wheel thoroughly with clean water. Repeat this process for each wheel one at a time.
Step 5: Clean Stubborn Water Spots
Application
For stubborn mineral deposits on glass, paint surfaces, stainless steel, and chrome, apply the Stubborn Water Spot Remover. The gel - like viscosity helps it to adhere to the surface.
You can use a spray bottle to apply it evenly on the affected areas.
Soaking and Wiping
Let the remover sit on the surface for a few minutes to break down the mineral deposits.
Use a clean microfiber cloth to wipe off the remover and the dissolved water spots. The surface should be left clean and smooth.
Step 6: Drying the Vehicle
Use clean, dry microfiber towels to dry the vehicle. Start from the top and work your way down to prevent water from dripping onto already - dried areas. This helps to prevent water spots from forming.
By following these steps, you can effectively use the CarCarez cleaning kit to maintain your ceramic - coated vehicle and keep it looking its best.
